Last week I didn’t post anything and that was/is partly due to trying to get through a ton of books in my TBR pile, making notes and then writing out the reviews. On top of my studies of my online courses…
The other reason for my absent is due to planning for Blogtober. It’s also part of the reason for not posting any book reviews yet (I’m saving them for October so I don’t struggle too much through the challenge).
What is Blogtober you ask?
Well, quiet simply ‘Blogtober’ is a challenge brought to blogger all over the world to create content EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. of the month in – you guessed, October!
That does including posting content on weekends and holidays too…
As far as I know there doesn’t seem to be any rules to this challenge, You don’t have to blog simply about Autumn/October themed posts, the only requirement is that we simply create content every single day of the week, in October.
The purpose of ‘Blogtober’ is to push bloggers to be as creative as we can, to push that creative spark in us. Whether you are full time, part time or occasional blogger, doing a challenge as demanding as ‘Blogtober’ can allow your viewers to get to know the person behind the blog better.
Because this challenge asks for content EVERY single day I have decided to jump ahead and get started on some content to make the challenge a little smoother for me as I know how terrible I am at procrastinating.
Are you attempting ‘Blogtober’ too? I’d love to know down in the comments!
I have a few blog posts coming up this week to do with ‘Blogtober’ and tomorrow for Suicide Prevention Day. I know this post is a little short and I want thank you all for sticking with me!
Have you been/overcome/are still getting bullied? Would like to share your story to help inspire others? Then please feel free to get in touch with me! I can link the story back to you or we can keep things completely anonymous, it’s completely up to you!
Also I had won a little giveaway and received an amazing book by Marion Grace Woolley author of ‘The Children of Lir’ ( another review I can’t wait to share with you all).
Thank you for reading and I hope you all have a fantastic week!
When looking through a blog you don’t really take into account that perhaps the mind behind the blog, could be riddled with nothing but anxiety but for me that’s my life.
I know that a lot of people escape to the cyber world as a “easier” way to connect with other people, as a less anxious way of connecting with other people. But unfortunately I’ve not fully experienced this, I mean sure, I DO find it easier to connect and engage with people on the internet than I do in real life but all the anxiety that comes with talking to someone in person, still follows me when I try the same thing online.
I feel like because I have spent so much of my time locking myself away from people, that communicating to others is just as difficult for me as talking to animals, I feel like I am saying all the wrongs things, coming off strange, intense, emotional? Maybe even at times crazy, though that could be my own personal feelings being projected outwardly. One of my biggest fears is becoming insane, a strange fear to carry I suppose but one I have never been able to shake off. Between fearing that and barbie dolls… my nightmares can be interesting to say the least.
But I’m rambling and getting myself off topic.
I maybe be stalling a little to, if I were honest with myself. Anxiety is a very close and sensitive subject for me, it’s something I have spent many years blaming for ruining my life before I even got the chance to begin one. I’ve spent my whole life helping others anyway I can, keeping my head down when possible, staying out of trouble (As much as one can), keeping the old saying, ‘treat others how you want to be treated’, Glued to memory. But over time quickly came to realise that I was one of a VERY small few you stuck to such an oath.
As I got older, my need to protect myself out weighed the need to protect someone else and instead of going out of my way to help people, I found myself only helping those I happened to come across needing help, then it got to the point where I wasn’t even doing that because I wasn’t leaving my house.
During that time I never saw myself as locking myself away from people or not experiencing anything because I lived my life in books. From the moment my eyes were open to the moment I could no longer stay awake I was reading, I was living the adventure of someone else, exploring a new world, meeting new and exciting people, helping and saving others. To me I wasn’t missing out on anything because I was experiencing it all every time I touch a book or started writing another of my own.
But of course books weren’t my saving grace for long, I eventually started to notice just how lonely and out of touch with… everything, I was, that I still am. And although my boyfriend manage to save me in parts and massively help me in others, my anxiety has still manage to overrule me, overrule my life.
My anxiety known’s no bounds.
And it’s followed me through my blogging too. There isn’t a moment that goes by that I’m not twitching with the thought of deleting my blog and just ending the constant anxiety that has clung to me since starting it.
Putting yourself out into the world can be a scary thing, to someone who finds it incredibly difficult to leave the house to go across the road (a two minute journey if that!) to go into the shop for something as simple as milk, putting yourself out into the world can feel like a death sentence.
A blog at first seemed like a less scary root to take, a lesser of two evils if you will. It seemed like I’d be able to have a lot of control over who views it…which kind of defeated the goals I had intended for this blog.
If I want my blog to reach people, to help people, inspire people or simply even entertain/ interest them for a few minutes then I had to accept keeping my blog open for people to view, I had to have less control over the privacy settings, for what was the point in having a blog for people to read if I kept it on private so no one could?
I don’t read my own posts, which I know is terrible because I also know there are many mistakes that need correcting. But I just can’t bring myself to go through my posts, I don’t trust myself not to delete them if I’m being completely honest.
I always tell everyone that the comments are open for your own opinion and good or bad I want to hear them…but I do have my comments on monitored as in I monitor every comment that comes in and it doesn’t get publicly seen unless I want it to and I told myself it was because of trolls, and a few months ago that would have been 100% true as there was a particular one that has been emotionally and mentally exhausting me but other than that one? And one other incident that occurred with another “mental health blogger” – I air quote that because I’m not entirely sure that that’s what he is at the moment, it just seems to me more than anything he is reaching out and looking for other mental health suffers to mess with- who later apologised for his behaviour towards the end of the night.
Other than those two, VERY small negative things, I have not had one issue with anyone I have come across online, nor an issue since starting my blog. No one has come to personally attack me or my blog and for most people that would be reassurance enough for them. I’ve made friends with bloggers who have been attacked by many trolls but are still brave enough to keep their comments from monitoring them the way I can.
Usually what I do is, I write a post out and I will post it on whatever day I had decided that it should go out on. After that I’ll promote it as quickly as possible and just s quickly try to forget about it, I don’t go back to it and read over what I have write, I don’t correct the mistakes that are made and I don’t notice them to begin with because I never give myself the chance to.
I really want to change the way I have been approaching blogging. I have been quoting all year, “If you can’t fight fear, then fight scared” but I’m still letting fear fight and beat me. I’m still letting it control me in some ways and I really don’t want to show across my blog, this whole year is about BIG and HEALTHY, changes and I feel that changing my tactic when it comes to how I blog could truly benefit both me, my blog and anyone out there reading it.
It’s time to truly let go of my fear, to accept the negative that comes along with it but also to embrace all the positive benefits that it can bring too.
I wish you all, as always, a wonderful start to the week. Don’t let those Monday blue’s catch you! Whatever you are going through, whatever challenge you are facing, you can face and there isn’t a soul out there that doesn’t have another caring for them, even if all the negativity in your life has blinded you to them, never lose hope!
firstly I would just like to apologise for the lack of pictures I have to share with you. Most of my pictures have been save onto my old laptop which I am in the middle of getting fix, so all the pictures I took will have to wait a little while before I can share them with you all on this post.
A while a go I was gifted some very beautiful looking hair clamps in return for n honest review and was instantly fascinated by them!
The Linziclip hair accessory was created by Lindsey walker & Shelley-Anne Salisbury to overcome all the problems with the old style claw clip. Lindsey & Shelley met at a party just over 10 years ago. they got chatting (as you do) and had a eureka moment. they spent the next year working on various designs to eliminate the painful teeth, unsightly springs and protruding ears of the claw clip and after (way too many) coffees and late nights the Linziclip was born. Well, to be exact, the linziclip started off its life as the inside cardboard tube of a toilet roll which Lindsey & Shelley cut up reassembled and sprayed with silver paint – but the concept was there ! The next part of the linziclip journey was to find a manufacturer which meant a trek to India (a whole other story!). then Lindsey & Shelley hot footed it around the globe securing distribution. Needless to say Lindsey & Shelley are now a well travelled pair!
from those early beginnings the linziclip has gone from strength to strength and is now sold in over 17 countries. Apart from the basic black and tortoiseshell Linziclips are available in loads of catwalk inspired colours and patterns. Have a browse on our linziclip online shop. A fab hair day is just a click away !
My thoughts and experience with Linziclips
I won’t lie to you, I NEVER wear hair clips for the simply fact that my hair won’t let me. My hair has a mind of it’s on, it takes on a life of it’s own sometimes, and due to the thickness, the length and craziness that is my hair, hair clips just never stay in. Or they break…like my hair bobbles.
So buying hair clips have always been a wast of money…until now.
I honestly didn’t have much hopes for these clips for myself (my plan was to get my younger sisters to try them out as they have thinner and shorter hair than me ) but wanted to give Linziclips a benefit of the doubt. After all, they were claiming to have changed the hair clamp/clip game!
So, I guess you are all wondering, are they as good as they claim to be?
In my opinion and experience of using these hair clips for some time now (I’m wearing two today!).
The way Linziclips have design such beautiful an stylish claw clips, made for all hair types! These are not like the traditional ones that kept breaking, snapping or falling out of my hair with in minutes of having it in my hair.
With an amazing flat back and flat teeth that helps create a comfortable fit when placing it in my hair, there’s no tugging, pulling, falling or digging into the scalp. There is nothing I hate more (other than when they break on me) is when my hair accessories is giving me pains in anyway or is making me feel uncomfortable.
Linziclips offers you that tight and secure grip but without any of the pain! As well as a wide rage of style, sizes and colours. Linziclips are great for adult and children hair and even have a kids section so you and your mini you can rock the same stylish clips!
How To Wear Linziclips
a) squeeze the “ears” to open your linziclip b) insert one side of the “teeth” into your hair guiding the opposite teeth over to the other side c) once in place squeeze both sides of your linziclip closed so it’s secure and you have a firm but comfortable grip. to remove simply squeeze both ears to open.
Here are a few quick pictures I was able to take (I’ll be up loading all the original pictures I ha for this post next week!)
If you would like to check out their website then click here!
Otherwise you can also purchase your very own Linziclips over at Amazon by clicking here.
I hope you have enjoyed reading today review, and don’t forget to check back in for the more “professional” photo’s I originally had planned for this post.
I hope you all have a great Monday and a incredible week!
Where did June go? I swear I blinked and it’s July!
When a new month hits, so do new goals. Over the past couple of months, really, my mental health has been winning the upper hand but I’m still continuing to fight back with any means necessary. While it has been succeeding in pulling me down again, I’ve really become less engaging and I’ve been feeling a bit disconnected from everything to be honest. From my blog, social media, my life…everything.
And I don’t have much hopes at the moment that my feelings are going to change as July is going to become a incredibly difficult month for my family as both my mum and little sister have operations this month, my sister’s a little more extreme than my mums. A lot of my effort will be going to helping care for my family.
However, that doesn’t mean that I haven’t spent all of June preparing and getting ready to throw some exciting things your way! Such as the following below:
My ‘LittleTinkablee Anxiety” Candles will be ready for Purchase on 20th July.
I have some homemade bookmarks that will be available for purchase on 30th July.
I have SO many book reviews coming your way.
I have a Hair clip review to share with you all.
I have a new post coming up all to do with jars!
I have a new post about cats coming your way.
I’ll be doing my ‘Lets Talk Pets’ Series every Friday’s and Thursday’s (Email me at Littletinkable@gmail.com if you would like to share your pet story)
I have a harry potter AND an all bookish Giveaway announcement on 4th July
I’ll be starting my “My bully experience” again, every Thursday (Email me if you’d like to participate!)
More mental health related posts
And of course the spur of the moment/ a few little rambling posts.
Besides doing a whole lot of planning, June wasn’t that bad of a month really. My little sister turn the big Sweet Sixteen! How the time flies! I still remember waking up early on her second birthday to run down stairs and give her my special/favourite sparkly blue teddy (Even then I had a feel she would be drawn sparkly things!) that was given to me by my older sister when she was 14 maybe 15 years old.
Just before her 16th birthday me and my other younger sister decide to take her out somewhere special, my sister LOVES anything to do with Pusheen, how could she not? It’s (in her words) a cute “Derpy” cat. And so when my sister found out that Pusheen was doing a Live tour and coming to Liverpool…Well it’s safe to say that we were able to pack down our anxiety and other problems so we could take our sister out and enjoy the day, you can read all about it here: Pusheen On Tour.
We also ate some Dr Pepper Candy Floss!
Also my heart, the love of my life and my forever person turned 22 this year and now I’m only a month behind him, how crazy is that?! Years seems to be flying by lately and it’s really got me thinking about a lot of things. I wrote him a birthday message on my blog as a way for not only me but for my blog to wish him a BIG happy birthday. “A Happy Birthday Message To My Love.”
My, Hallow book arrived! And has made me even more excited to see my books by the amazingly talented Olga Gibbs. You can read my review of Olga Gibbs first book in ‘The Celestial Creatures’ series, Heavenward (which is currently free to purchase your e-copy). You can also check out my review of the second book Hallow and my review with the enchanting author herself! – An Interview with Olga Gibbs.
I also completed a 30 Day Yoga June challenge along with @Autisticfitchic and @Pagesplacesplates and @nyxiesnook who are three incredibly passonate -not to mention extraordinary- bloggers who too enjoy the benefits that yoga provides and I’m excited to be doing another challenge along side @Autisticfitchic and @Pagesplacesplates.
After being nominated 6 times for the 73 Vogue Question tag (which will be up later today) I have found out thanks to Pottermore I have been placed into the HufflePuff housing! So I guess I’m a fellow Hufflepuff for all those who ask 😀 .
I wrote a post on anxiety and the effect that it can have on our memory which you can check out here: Anxiety and Memory Loss.
I also read and reviewed Emily’s enthralling and extraordinary compile of poems transformed into a beautiful and captivating book. You can check out my review and how to get your hands on your own copy of Emily’s amazing book, ‘Nicotine and Napalm.’
I did my first ever Giveaway! One of a four part giveaway – (three more are coming your way).
Me and my boyfriend jogged half a mile and up a hill to capture and watch the first Summer Solstice sunset, the first sunset of summer! We brought Toby with us and all enjoyed a magical moment as the sky changed before our very eyes.
I have also done a tea syrup review for Yandra who not only bring to us all natural and lovely tasting tea but have now come out with a new syrup called ‘ Rose Simple’ Syrup. Check out my review HERE.
Me and my boyfriend also rescued a baby hedgehog on the 19th June, it was so adorable! I now want a hedgehog. The poor thing was frozen in fear! So my boyfriend very carefully picked him/her up and we took it to a local park where we had spotted other hedgehogs and where there were wooded areas for it to hid in. We ended up nick naming him Sonic out of irony because of how slow he was, it took him a whole 10 minutes to walk off my boyfriend jacket and back onto solid land. Despite being scared at first, he very quickly got used to used to use and even poked his head out and starting sniffing us!
I bought two incredibly wonderful Lush Bath bombs (the dragon egg was by far my favourite smell!) One was so beautifully scented I have decided to live and die in that smell, my other bath bomb was just too pretty and glittery for words.
I also dyed my hair again! It’s still purple but now I have pink blended into the tips and it’s now kick started my addiction/obsession for dying my hair.
Despite all the challenges and struggles that July has to bring I am determined to make the most of this month. If you are struggling please, don’t be afraid to reach out to me, ALL conversations are confidential and non judgemental. If you aren’t looking for a conversation but rather just a listen ear, I con provide that for you too.

Questions written by Naomi:
(1) Describe a family member you really connect with. I connect with pretty much everyone in my family. We all have little traits of one another and we seems to just click/connect easily.
(2)What’s your favourite TV show and why? I don’t really have a favourite TV show really, it’s only been this year that I’ve started to watch TV shows and movies with my boyfriend. Before that I’d lost interest in it when I was about 15 years old, only watching ‘The vampire diaries’ and, ‘The originals.’
(3)What challenges have you faced in your life? What did you do to overcome them? Too many. With the help of loved ones and strength from within.
(4)Pitch a podcast idea in 150 words or less. Books, cats… and chocolate. That’s all have to say.
(5)What does a normal day look like for you? A normal day is usually me waking up stressed out and panicked for no reason between 5-6am. Hot chocolate in the morning while I do my morning yoga. Then I like to check my emails, go through twitter and engage with people for a little bit, get through some chores while sorting my cats out. Then I’m reading, writing and editing. Seeing family/friends. Go for a little walk with my boyfriend while taking some pictures, play with my cats, then I’m back on my phone/laptop. I like to get a little yoga in before bed if I don’t manage another throughout the day.
(6)If there were no laws for one day, what would you do? I’d probably take all the books, cameras, notebooks and stationary items… probably take a few things for my cats, mum, siblings and boyfriend. Probably take A LOT of chocolate too, nothing beats chocolate, except maybe the Ben & Jerry’s chocolate fudge ice-cream.
(7)What would you most like to change about the world? I’d like to change people’s views on following trends and copying other’s identities. I’d like to change all this negativity and hate that is spreading like a terrible virus across the world.
(8)What are you most ‘into’ (excluding blogging/writing)? That’s a hard one since writing has always been such a big thing in my life but I guess then I’d have to say anything really. At one point I’d gotten myself into piano/keyboard. I bake, read, take pictures, make memories, anything to pass the time.
(9)Where would you like to be in ten years? I’m not too sure as I’ve been learning not to really focus on the future but rather the present. I like to take small baby steps otherwise my anxiety takes over.
(10)Write a description of yourself from the perspective of a Superfan. Oh boy, I’m not sure… I’m just going to leave this blank for now.
(11)What pet’s would you like to have and why? If I didn’t have pets and if it was allowed I’d have fish again. I really loved having fish when I was a little girl and I’d like to have them again at some point. Another pet I’d like to have is a Border Collie, I’ve had friends and neighbours with this breed of dog and they are simply the most enjoyably little creature ever!
Questions Written by Leo:
(1)Describe yourself in 5 words? Observant, friendly, peacekeeper, passionate
(2)Do you have a guilty pleasure and what is it? My guilty pleasure is reality TV shows. Although I never used to watch TV that often when I did, I did like to watch a few reality shows.
(3)If you could be in charge of the government for one day what would you do? Probably right as much of their wrong doings as I could. I’m not too sure.
(4)What 5 things do you want to accomplish in the next five years? – I want to finally finish my novel – I want blog to be better known – I want to have my ‘LittleTinkablee Anxiety Candles’ Range finally out into the world – I’d like to have a better handle on my life – Lastly, I’d to be able to have progressed much further in my yoga practice.
(5)What does your blog mean to you? My blog means everything to me. It’s a little piece of who I am, with little bits of my memory and life embedded into it.
(6)Why did you become a blogger? I became a blogger in the hopes that it would help with my sever anxiety, to share my journey and progress with my eating disorder, to get my things out there and to have a place of the internet I was able to say was mine! I did it so I could better connect with others and help push my dream of becoming an author. I became a blogger because I love to write, because writing has always been a big part of my life from the moment I was able to. But I also became a blogger to help others and spread some pomposity in this darkening world.
(7)What would you say to your ten year old self? Based on what you know about your life now? Never listen to others and never let them make you lose sight of who you are. You are more than enough and never stop climbing, it’s makes you feel free and free is something you are always going to need to feel.
(8)what is your favourite movie and why? School of Rock has been my all times favourite ever since it came out, I’ve always loved Jack Black and I remember my mum buying me the DVD of it for Christmas when I was younger. I can watch that film over and over and never tire of it!
(9)If you could have a dinner party with any famous person (Dead or alive) who would it be and why?(3 people Max). Amy the lead singer of Evanescence Eminem and Ed Sheeran or maybe David Gray? – I love all their songs and I think they are amazing musicians! I grew up listening to all of these artists (except Ed Sheeran) My brothers would play a lot of Eminem, my mum loves Evanescence and she’s the one who got me into David Gray, he just has such an amazing voice! And, when Ed Sheeran came about I instantly fell in love with his voice!
(10)Why is it important to help others? Because without the help of others I know I wouldn’t have made it this far… I know what’s it like to need help and it’s important to offer that help, otherwise no one would help anyone and I can’t see that being a good thing. Plus it makes me feel good knowing that I’ve helped someone out.
(11)If a movie about your life came out, who would you want to play in the film. I literally have no answer for this one. I don’t ever think my life should become a movie.
Questions for my Nominees:
(1) Do you have any pets? If so how many? (2) If you could turn into any animal what would it be? (3) Favourite book? (four max) (4) Favourite Author? (four max) (5) Top 3 bloggers that have helped you out the most? (6) Is there a colour that you hate? What is it? (7) When you aren't blogging or planning a blog what do you like to do in your down time? (8) Favourite season of the year? (9) Have you ever dyed your hair a crazy/vibrant colour? (10) Have you ever volunteered for anything? (11) If you had to choose between never having a single piece of fruit again or a single piece of vegetable, what would you choose?
My Nominees are as following (In no particular order):
So first I would just like to say a big thank you to @Bibliophagistreviews for tagging me in ‘The Emoji Challenge’! I love the idea of doing this and getting to know other bloggers better!
By the way: I know there are bloggers who like to keep their blog life and their personal life separate. If there any questions that you don’t want to answer because of that reason then please just skip past them and don’t feel as though you must answer them :). It’s completely understandable!
To help spread the love and appreciate the work of other bloggers I thought that I would do a monthly favourite blogger, every month I’ll post my top five favourite bloggers that have caught my eye/ interest this month and link back to their blog and latest post. Being a blogger for about two month and I honestly couldn’t have been prepared for the work and time that goes into ones blog. The passion that some bloggers are able to show with just their words is simply amazes me.
This month I have noticed a drop in everyone engagement and lot more bloggers are feeling discourage to carry on or to write their next blog post so I though it would be fun and a great little idea to do a monthly blogger post.
So without further ado here’s my March’s months five top monthly bloggers:
Hannah | Pages, Places & Plates. Just the name makes me smile! Hannah is a new blogger focusing on Travel and book reviews. I especially loved her book review on ‘Choosing me -love letter from a poet’ by Bill Weber and can’t wait to read the book myself this year! If you love travel and books then you’ll love Pages, Places & Plates. (Click here to be directed to her latest blog post called ‘Odell’s Coffee Shop’ and don’t forget to leave a like/comment to show your love!)
Sam |Stressedmum is a blog is one that automatically catches the eyes. Whether you are a mother yourself or not the title is something a lot of women can relate to. I cam across stressedmum while applying for a giveaway the name caught my attention and so I clicked on her profile and onto a link that directed me to her blog page and instantly fell in love with it! If you are looking for a parenting blog/ lifestyle blog then this is the one for you! Click here to check out her latest blog post and don’t forget to show some love by leaving a comment.
Hannah | Wellbean Blog is one if you have been following me you would have heard before. I have done a collaboration with Wellbean once and hope to do so again in the future. Wellbean blog attracted me when I saw that she was raising awareness for eating disorders. I’ve loved reading her blog posts ever since. This is a fantastic mental health blog that I really feel should have more attention directed at it than it does now. To read her latest blog post, click here, and don’t forget to leave something positive in the comments!
Michael Neale | Prudent Gaming is probably one of the only gamer bloggers out there that I follow. Being a lover of only the old PlayStation One classics I’ve never considered myself to be a gamer however Prudent Gaming caught my attention writing the stories for video games. His passion for what he does and what he wants to achieve is very plain and clear in his work and I know a lot of gamers who would love to read his blog posts daily! So why don’t click here to read his latest post and leave a comment to share the love. I feel a lot of my readers would really like this blog.
Kristen | Books.Faith.Love is a simply stunning blog dedicated to all things books. Now if you are as much of a book lover as I am coming across a really great book blog is basically like coming across gold! The work that has clearly been put into this blog truly shows and I’m so glad that I came across her blog. She also has an stunning Instagram feed! Click here to be sweep over to her latest post.
I hope you all love checking these bloggers out as much as I love reading their posts! Don’t forget to show them how much you enjoyed reading their posts by subscribing/ commenting or liking.
Stay tuned for another one next month, I follow and read so many amazing bloggers and their posts that I feel ‘Five Favourite Monthly Bloggers’ will never end.
So I’ve recently just discovered what Versatile blogger nominations were when two very lovely and amazing bloggers awarded me with one. Just going into my second month of blogging this is a really big deal for me and a great boost for my self-esteem and I couldn’t thank @LaurasLife or @MuchloveKirsty enough for nominating me! (If you’d like to check out who else they nominated or just wanting to take a look at their blog just click their twitter names as I’ve linked them to their blog).
You might be wondering what exactly is the Versatile Blogger Awards as it was a question on my mad and so I did a little research myself to find out exactly what it is. And simply put; it’s a community of bloggers, celebrating other blogs/bloggers who have unique content, strong writing, beautiful images/photographs or blog content that stands out to them.
I found there are three rules to this Versatile Blogger Awards after being nominated and those are:
Thank the person (or people) who has choose and nominated you.
Share seven facts about yourself.
And lastly, Nominate ten bloggers you feel deserve to be nominated.
So without further ado, here are seven facts about myself:
When I was 7-8 Years old I had two very colourful fishes that I absolutely loved but woke up one morning to one of them eaten in half by the shark fish that was in there with them… I’ve not had fishes since.
My mum got me into unicorns when I was five years old on a shopping trip. I came across a really pretty unicorn teddy that was bigger than I was at the time, I name her Rainbow (because she has a rainbow mane) and I’ve been asking my mum to buy me unicorn teddies ever since.
I have four younger siblings whom I love very dearly.
I’ve always had a love for photography but can never see myself doing it as a profession. I love to do it in my own times as a hobby rather than a full-time commitment. I tried making art a full-time commitment and I ended up hating it. I’ve started doing it as a hobby again and I’m slowly falling back in love with it.
I want to be an author someday. I’m still not too sure what category I want to fall under as I’m still figuring myself out but It’s a dream I’ve never forgotten and one I plan on seeing through.
I’m going to be making my own anxiety candles really soon! I’ve spent the past 6-7 months researching how to make candles, different ways I can make them and I’m really excited about them. My first batch will be based on scents & colours that help calm you’re anxious mind.
I’ve suffered from anxiety pretty much all my life but it started to cripple me in high school. I spent two years not leaving my house (unless it was absolutely necessary and I had my mum with me) but was lucky enough to have the support of my family and my boyfriend who helped me push past it.
And that there brings us to the end of seven facts about me and on to the ten bloggers I nominate for the Versatile Blogger Awards. Choosing bloggers for this wasn’t an easy decision as the blogging community is so large and there are so many great blogs out there! But of course there are always a few that stand out to you and there have been a few that have stood out to me.
I’ve tried to keep the categories as open as possible but I do think a lot of these fall under the categories; mental health, lifestyle and book bloggers. There were so many to choose from as I have been reading a lot of blogs recently but I’ve chosen the ten that I feel my readers would personally gravitate more towards and enjoy reading themselves also.
So here are my Nominations for The Versatile Blogger Awards:
Each of these blogs has amazing content that really should be checked out! I’d again like to thank @Lauraslife and @MuchloveKirsty for nominating me and for awarding me with a Versatile Blogger Award!
If you’d like to check out any of the blogs above that I have mention then all you have to do is click their name and you’ll be directed right to their blog. Also, go check out @Wellbeanblog on eating disorder awareness. I’ve collaborated with @Wellbeanblog in sharing a little about my story, that I will soon be posting up (also I’m sorry I know you’ve been nominated four times already but I really love your blog!).
Make sure you are following my Instagram @littletinkablee and Twitter @tinkableeblog to stay tuned and up to date with the new projects I’m doing, new collaborations and two book reviews on the way!
